MultiChoice, operators of DSTV satellite television, has declined to implement the Pay-As-You-Go model for pay television in the country.
John Ugbe, Managing Director, MultiChoice, while briefing members of a House of Representatives Ad hoc Committee on Pay-As-You-Go on Monday, said the implementation was impossible.
